Waterproofing
General damp proofing and torching is another key skill that our team carries since our inception. We have applied Derbigum torching on numerous body corporates in the Durban area and our team of consultants carry a 10 year guarantee. Our clients are given the manufacturer’s warranty on the products we use assuring them that should any leaks occur, we will come and fix the problem.
Our waterproofing is done on new flat concrete roofs and/or old roof slabs that need to be renovated. We will also focus on parapet and boundary walls which catch water easily.
